I first created my own designer series paper using the images of circles and triangles found in the Happy Birthday Stamp Set. Then I punched out papers from the Balloon Bouquet Punch. I embossed using versa mark, then Island Indigo and Clear embossing powder for the sentiment and then did the same technique for the edge with Pear Pizzazz. I tied Silver Baker's Twine to the bottom of the ballons, put the sentiment on with fun foam and also elevated 2 of the balloon with that. I glued down the rest of the balloons keeping all of the strings together with a little "bow" made of Nuvo drops in Key Lime. I also glued two balloons on the sentiment.
