I had a two hour delay due to another Nor'easter so I tried Jennifer McGuire's Rotating Stencil technique using distress oxide inks to create the background. I stamped the sentiment and arrow in archival black using my Misti. The balloons were die cut from glitter cardstock and added ivory/gold twine for the strings. Added a bunch of mini sequins. Matted on black and attached to a coastal cabana base.

Ooh, I love the background...what a super technique. And, love the colors you've used for this card, too.

That background looks amazing! I love your glittery balloons floating with their dangling strings. The flash of sparkle from your sequins looks great with shimmery balloons too!
