I created this card as part of a card set I'm making as a gift for a friend. I got my main inspiration from this card that I had made last year.
I cut a piece of white cardstock first to 5.5x4.25". I stamped the longest brushstroke image down the panel, going in rainbow order. In the end, I didn't like how the image just ended kind of abruptly and squared-off at the right end of the panel. So I die cut it using a "Postage Stamps" die.
I die cut the hello from that panel and a piece of black craft foam. After I matted the stamped panel with an A2-size piece of black cardstock, I glued in the craft foam hello to the negative space. I glued in the inner bits of the letters from the stamped panel, and finally glued the rainbow hello on top of the foam layer. The last step was just to adhere this to a white card base. A pretty easy card to make!
