I learned how to play Canasta in Lifetime Sports Class in High School ... and my sister and I used to have fun playing it online.
If you look close, you can see how I used my MISTI and Creative Corners to line-up my Impression Obsession Full Bloom Hollyhocks and stamp it 6 different times (almost a Canasta) ... stamping is so much easier with my MISTI.
I started by stamping them on Watercolor Paper in Antique Linen Distress Ink, and then again in Catherine Pooler Daydream & Eucalyptus, misting with water before each impression (with several 2nd impression stampings without re-inking for lighter color).
I trimmed my piece into two panels like the inspiration photo and mounted them on kraft cardstock. The sentiment is from Impression Obsession's Birthday Wishes.

Your colors look great on this repetitive stamped design.
