No ribbon, but lots of layers. Cut out three layers of houses, added Saffron behind for the look of lights, added frame around outside. Stamped Greeting. Added stickles to separate layers and give the look of snow! Also added glitter to stars after paste dried. Hard to see glitter. TFL

My very first thought was "absolutely stunning", then is ear the comments and Miss Tonda said exactly the same thing. I love the colour palette. I never think to use navy blue, thanks for inspiring me to think past black! I love that the frame is in the same colour. This is one extra special card Carolyn. Have a lovely weekend.

Beautiful calm scene you created with these dies. Thanks for reminding me that you can make a scene by cutting more dies to make the village. Like the idea of the yellow to represent the lighted houses. TFS Fav'd
