The card base is Stampin'Up! Thick Whisper White cardstock cut to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and lightly scored at 41/4". The Thick Whisper White needs to be scored to create a crisp fold line.
That awesome black patterned cardstock is from the Stampin'Up! Annual Catalog, it is the Pick a Pattern Designer Series Paper and measures 4 x 5 1/4"
The Whisper White layer is 2 3/4 x 4 1/4"a nd the Lemon Lime Twist mat measures 3 x 4 1/2"
The leaf, from the Gourd Goodness stamp set found in the Stampin'Up! Holiday Catalog, is stamped in Lemon Lime Twist using the two stamp technique. The bottom image is stamped off to create a lighter look and the the top detail stamp is stamped full strength to provide those great details and depth.
The sentiment is also from the Gourd Goodness stamp set andis stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
I don't use Washi Tape near as often as I should, but don't you just LOVE how fabulous it looks on this card?! I am really digging the Washi Tape in the Catalog this year. Be sure to check out the bottom of page 195 in the Stampin'Up! Annual Catalog for your choices (and obviously get the black!!!) |
