You Can Build a Snowman on a Panel Pull-Out Card by Forest Ranger at Splitcoaststampers... I did how ever changed and went with a ribbon to tie close vs your belly band... I did however do a belly band for my grandsons card. Hope you enjoyed your special week you deserve the honor and again Congrats!

Oh, I love this! I loved making this tutorial! I sure like the frozen theme.
