It's always a stretch for me to do the tutorials during Falliday Fest though they're always so cute. I decided to use a border punch on ny edges. Foe my base I cutvthe scallop out of a dp piece.I ended with an excess glob of glue and then when I tried to get rid of the excess I ended up pulling off some paper with it.
