For LoriÂ’s fallfest- use the word blessing on an autumn card
For MistiÂ’s CAS challenge- add another layer
I had sponged the leaves and rectangle sentiment panel for last weeks color challenge and ended up making a different card.
Inspired by the new embossed woodgrain paper I purchased at JoAnn fabrics over the weekend, the card finally came together as an anniversary card for my DB & DSIL celebrating 25 years.
I used the word blessed (its all I had) in the sentiment and that describes their marriage.
I also feel blessed to have a wonderful SIL and we are best friends.
I layered the leaves on the sentiment panel, then added it to the card base. Finished with 2 Wooden hearts that are the same color tones and the embossed woodgrain.

Such a lovely fall themed card, with those pretty leaves layered up and the nice woodgrain embossed background. You are so fortunate to have such a wonderful SIL!
