This is my card for the Letter B Alphabet Challenge.
The B's in my card are Bold, Blue, Bloom and Birthday. This rose is actually part of a Stampendous stamp that has a vase attached so I cut the vase and leaves off. I discarded the vase and kept the leaves so I could place them in a better position. Here is a pic of a card I made with the original stamped rose image: Forums at Splitcoaststampers. I also did some selective cutting on the SU striped scalloped die so it wasn't just in a rectangle shape. There is silver metallic thread behind the rose, but it is very hard to see in this picture. I saw a card very similar to this on Pinterest, but I could not find that image again so I am not able to give credit to the original designer. Not long ago, I made this card with a red rose. My friends said very little about it, then one of them said, "maybe I would like it better if the rose was blue." So, that got my curiosity up and I simply had to make it in blue. The original card I did with a red rose is here: Birthday Rose by Art Deco Diva at Splitcoaststampers. I sure had fun making this again in blue. Thanks for looking. ~Karen.

And another B for your card is beautiful! Which it is. I liked the red rose version and I like this one as well. Of course, blue is one of my favorite colors and you've paired it with silver so I think this is my favorite of the two. Beautiful, gorgeous! And I can see that pretty silver thread too.

Gorgeous in blue as well. Your coloring is awesome. I can see the silver thread! I always learn a lot from you as in you cutting your stamp apart, and your diecutted piece too. Very creative!

Karen, I don't know about your friend, but I loved the red because it is so dramatic, and I love the blue because it is, I want to say soft and romantic. Hard to put into words. Nevertheless, they are BOTH Beautiful!
