Congratulations to Sharon alias shendrian! I have followed Sharon's work and am so thrilled to see her as the Featured Stamper for this week. Here is my inspiration: A Birthday Wish by shendrian at Splitcoaststampers.
I like Sharon's green and white bg, so I stayed with it and also the white frame. I used four shades of green distress ink on distress paper, and then applied white gesso through a floral stencil. When it dried I attached a white frame and the sentiment. At the last minute I thought it looked too plain so I used rows of stick-on pearls around the frame. The butterfly die cuts are three layers with SN Sparkle Brush on the light green and white layers. A few pearls ended up on the butterfly as well. Sharon, I hope you like my submission! TFL
