First off I'd like to mahalo Sweet Alana aka sis Angie's teenage talented beyond her years daughter, for the inspiration and reminder of how beautiful nature we live in is all around us and we can create it to paper with what god gave us as he places the beauty before us. So mahalo much Sweet Alana for reminding me also of how when I was young and also about your age I use to draw the palms of my homeland Hawaii all the time. I'm a lil rusty now but you inspired me and this summer card for our alpha entry ending round 7. This is what not just summer but year round what Hawaii looks like and to offer. This is the famous well known "Diamond Head Crater" which can be seen from miles and miles over the island of Oahu and also from a plane landing and leaving the island of Oahu.
I created this with not much left of my tools and supplies also only out of leftover acrylic paints after the awesome first experience of DTGD17 Challenges . So what is left is what I have here. Yeps palms had to be of it as the sun is setting and its silhouettes because no green lol
Mahalo and hope everyone is ready for round 8 and had a wonderful 2017 summer. Again Mahalo much Sweet Alana.
P.s there is a lot of sparkle that my phone could not catch but it's there .

Wow Victoria, this is so beautiful - I am so impressed! I had no idea you had this hidden talent. I love that you were so inspired by Alana's gorgeous work that you decided to try this again yourself. That is what is so great about art- learning and growing from each other. You completed Round 7 of the Alphabet Challenges with a bang my friend! ~Karen
