This is the Stepped up version for this month's Step It Up challenge. This card was inspired by a trip I took to England in July. My niece and I spent a week there. We chased our dreams and had an amazing time! I know this set is retired but when the theme of vacation came up, I just had to use it! I added a glitter edge to the Pacific Point matte and colored in the Tower Bridge. I also added texture to the banners with Oh My Stars Embossing Folder. Thanks for looking!
