I heat embossed for the challenge, Let's Warm it Up. I have seen Gina K make this card in a video a few times and have never made it, so I gave it a try. I added Sizzix Adhesive to the back of my black paper before die cutting the flourish. It did make it easier to apply without glue. I really do not like black embossing powder. I usually use Versafine ink and clear embossing powder. I find that much easier, so next time will go back to my normal method for embossing something in black.

Very rich and dramatic. Yes, I can imagine that trying to glue that swirl would try one's patience and dexterity. The sentiment is really beautiful, so ornate and pretty.

Beautiful butterflies!! I agree with you about black embossing powder, even with the embossing buddy, it can leave residue. A beautiful card with the butterflies and flourishes again the pretty dp background!

AWESOME! Love your rich color depth perfectly softened with the lovely pink embossed butterflies and the pink matting in direct opposition to the dark embossing, flourishes, and sentiment...makes a dramatic statement!
