I got my inspiration for this card from both the Ways to Use It challenge and the Inspiration Challenge. WT challenged that we use paper strips...I chose the Herringbone Technique for my background. IC challenged that we use patterned paper. But, then, the Alphabet Challenge for a touch of red fit my card to a "T" as well! I also use my Bath & Body Works Magic in the Air Shimmer spray for a sparkly effect over all. Too bad the pictures don't pick up what a super shimmer this creates.
Ingredients: Stampin' Up cardstocks: Whisper White, Real Red, Cucumber Crush, Basic Black. Patterned papers: Crate Paper-Paper Heart/ Delicate 2 (red); Bazzill Basics-Licorice; My Mind's Eye: Everyday Basics; DCWV: Jet Black Stack. Stamps: SU-Botantical Blooms (leaf pattern); Stampendous-Birthday Wishes (sentiment). Ink: SU-Wild Wasabi, White Craft; Memento-Tuxedo. Black. Dies: SU-Botanical Builder Framelits (flowers, leaves), Top Note (retired); Cottage Cutz-Pierced Circles, Double-Stitched Circles; MFT-Photo Corners (inside). Bath & Body Works: Magic in the Air Diamond Shimmer Mist. Size: 4-3/4" x 6".

Oooohhhh Carlene, this is stunning!!!!! Black, white and red are such an beautiful color combo and with the patterned strips and lovely flowers this is gorgeous. Love it!
