I got my inspiration for this card from both the Ways to Use It challenge and the Inspiration Challenge. WT challenged that we use paper strips...I chose the Herringbone Technique for my background. IC challenged that we use patterned paper. But, then, the Alphabet Challenge for a touch of red fit my card to a "T" as well! I also use my Bath & Body Works Magic in the Air Shimmer spray for a sparkly effect over all. Too bad the pictures don't pick up what a super shimmer this creates.

Beautiful, especially how you did the strips! Very elegant in B&W with the touch of red. Welcome to the Alpha Challenge. Great first card for our challenge.

Oh la la! This is absolutely stunning! Love this gorgeous herringbone pattern you did with this gorgeous black and white dsp. That alone would have made a gorgeous card, then you added these stunning red blooms with greenery and took this to a whole new level. Congratulations on this gorgeous card winning in the favorites category so many times. And welcome to the Alphabet Crew too! Hugs! ~Karen.
