 | | To step up the card, I stamped the entire cardfront with Real Red and Night of Navy stars. I added an oval cut from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper. Instead of stamping "Happy Birthday", I used the Happy Birthday thinlit. I cut it out of both Real Red and Whisper White, glued the red piece to the white piece (slightly offset), then popped the die cuts up on Dimensionals and Mini Dimensionals (cut up). I added a tiny bow and used more rhinestones this time.
