This card was easy, mostly layering to match sketch #325 at trystampingontuesday.blogspot.com. I adhered the 2 rectangles together with removable adhesive before running through the EF. I usually use flowers and/or butterflies on a sympathy card but I thought using leaves would be OK to send to a guy. I don't like a lot of embellishments on such a card either but in this case I thought it looked plain enough that using the enamel dots looks just right. Also entered in colormyheartcolordare.blogspot.com (#247 for 6 colors). TFL!

This is a really nice masculine sympathy card, Carol. The colors are calming and soothing to me. I definitely like the added touch of the enamel dots. Thanks for sharing with us over at Try Stampin' or Not on Tuesday.

Very nice card, Carol! The colors are appropriately muted and go together quite well. Your take on the sketch is well done as well. I agree the enamel dots just seem right, and add to the card a lot. Thank you for sharing with us at TSOT! -Donna
