I used the Microscope Slide Ornament tutorial from Resources - it was fun.
My image is part of a bookmark. I masked the birds off with masking fluid, coloured the tree branches with pencil and then used dilute acrylic paints to colour the sky. Removed the masking fluid when the paint was dry, and added white and pink acrylic to the flower blossoms. I trimmed a piece the same size as the slides and then followed the tutorial. |
