To make the feathers, I printed a template and used my 3-D pen to create the feathers. The hat itself is made from glitter foamy paper and I used a template I found online. I hot glued the hat together and added ribbon to cover the seams. I cut out the Happy Birthday with my Cuttlebug and a die
