The large text background stamp is from Joy crafts: Design Fashion.
The text sentiment on the inside is also from Joy Crafts ( see little photo).
The image with the shoes and PP is from Mireille.
The image is cut by hand into several layers and made 3D.
The Happy Birthday sentiment with little flower is from AUD Design,stamped with Versafine and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
I punched a little hole in the scalloped circle and attached an iron shoe charm with a piece of red cord.
I added just a few black and red Rhinestones to finish it off.

I know a girl who owns a boatload of shoes! She would love this card up the giddy!!! Great card - love all the elements and papers too.
