This is my Step It Up card for the March Creative Crew challenge (CCREW317SIP).

I stamped the Dahlia image (Flirty Flamingo) onto watercolor paper. I used a waterbrush and ink refills to add details to my flower and did a washy background using Tempting Turquoise
