Mix Ability challenge-Brr! Make it Frosty-- Create any project using any technique you'd like, but use glitter or texture pastes to add an icy, cold, or frosty element to your project.
I hope my snow writer and glitter are showing around the owl's feet and in the trees/bushes in the front.
I made a snow scene by cutting a template for the snow banks and sponging it. The sky is made with a w/c brush and inks. I made a forest in the background to look far away. Of course, the stamped owls are the star of the show. I colored them with Copics. The acrylic paint for snow was created with a splatter brush.

Oh WOW, I love that sky!! Great job making your branches have that frosty look to them as well. And also nice how you have made it look frozen around the owls feet. Great job with this challenges Brenda!!

Your beautiful card looks like the view out my window minus an owl. We have an owl, that sits in the tree and hoots and we got 13 inches of snow on Monday. Your card is so realistic I feel like I'm looking out my window right down to the snow covered blue spruce. Love it.

Oh wow, I love these owls Brenda, and the amazing scene you created to showcase these owls. Your sky is gorgeous and so are your snowbanks and sparkly trees with more trees in the distance. This is a fabulous card for the Make-It-Frosty challenge! Hugs! ~Karen.
