Congrats to our FS Tara! I was inspired by her Christmas On A Tray! (Christmas On A Tray! by tkcspot at Splitcoaststampers) and went with holiday colors, but made it a winter birthday card. Added some reverse cut snowflakes, dc balloons, and plaid deer for fun.
