I created the background by spraying a panel of mixed media paper with spray starch. Sprinkled with three colours of Brushos colour crystals, and then placed a piece of cling wrap over top while wet, scrunching up the cling wrap. Left to dry for about 1/2 hour and removed wrap. The brushos colours pool around the scrunches of the cling wrap and I ended up with this very cool design. Let it dry completely before heat embossing the text image in white.
