This tag was created with the same technique I used on the Floating Inlay which you can see here. I used modeling paste in tiny patches on a large piece of mixed media paper using many stencils. When dry, many colors and media were used including sponging, spraying, watercoloring. When dry, I stamped between the modeling paste patches using Stamplorations Mixed media stamps and an unknown script stamp. This was a large piece so only a portion of the stamping shows. A small part of the script can be seen in the lower left corner. Once again I used an embossing dauber and various stencils. I did not match the stencils to the embossing paste but randomly applied Lindy Stamp Gang powders through various stencils and one by one, heat embossed. Inka gold was added in small parts.
Once again cutting an inlay into this was difficult but my custom ground metal plate did the job. I inlaid with shimmer sheets in gold and white. Die cut the Tim Holtz branch and hung the ornament with retired SU gold cord. Thanks for stopping by!

I love starting my day with a "Nancy origionaĺ". If you ever get a free moment, let me know what you did to make your custom due cutting sheet...I can never cut through thick stuff. I love the rich colors and shinny elements on this. You could decorate a tree with your stunning tags.

BTW, I picked 5 of your tags for favorites but it could have been all of them, and besides, 2 were done by your talented young people!! ( are they grandchildren or nieces and nephews? I forgot what you said!!)
Beautiful Nancy and I agree, your metal plate does wonders on intricate dies especially!!!

Your ornament looks like real enameling, Nancy. Truly a fantastic tag. I'm mesmerized by your creativity on this outstanding collection of tags...each is more lovely then the last.
Your creations have just been blowing my mind, Nancy! Your talent is mega!! If I received this tag, I would cut it up and wear that ornament as a necklace because it looks like an expensive piece of jewelry to me!! Hugs, Darnell
