So fun. Here's the tutorial from the Falliday Challenges. I used ribbon for the scarf and frayed the ends. I used glue dots to keep it around his "neck" For the top hat I punched with the Key Tag punch for the top and part of an oval for the bottom and used Gingham ribbon to accent. I have a narrow organdy ribbon taped to the back and then glue dot adhered to the middle of the tealight to make it stay up straight when hanging.
