For the top hanger I used an oval cutout cut in half and tied my ribbon through both the front and back. I was not able to punch a hole through the stacked layers. I think I will try this again with double sided paper or glue two strips together so the beautiful DP will show all around. Thanks for the sharing this tutorial.
