FF16snowmantealight With a Nose that Glows!

I decided to make this into an ornament. I used the "Argyle" embossing folder to emboss the red & taupe cardstocks I used for the hat, since it was the closest thing to a "fabric" look I could find. For the scarf, I cut off 6 lengths of baker's twine that I thought were pretty generous, and braided them. As it turned out, it just barely made it around the light! I ran a line of Perfect Paper Adhesive around the tea light, pressed the scarf into the glue, and clipped the ends with a mini binder clip until the glue dried. Instead of a solid scalloped-circle backer piece, I made mine a ring, so the recipient can change the battery when that dies. I die cut 2 scalloped circles from red cardstock, cut out the centers, and glued them together, before gluing them to the bottom/back rim of the tea light. I am really pleased with how this turned out! I'm not sure whom I'll give this to yet, but I will make certain it goes to a good home.

This is so adorable. My DH got me the light I just need to get mine created. I can see using this as a night light in a kids room who might be visiting grandma's house for the holidays.
