This was done for Ann's challenge seen here. I did use only the smaller bow template and I had the idea the customizing part was what she would hold so, I made her hold a "blue"bird of happiness and gave her a diecut thought to go along with that and yep, its really more of a teal than a blue but, these die cuts were done a long time ago from scraps waiting to be used. I didn't realized I should have gave her a face until after I shot this and now I have decided I have to practice drawing eyes a few 100 times before I actually do it on this one since the card is actually "done" haha. I did use spellbinders dies for the face and halo circles (as cutting circles with scissors is not in my things I do well) Thanks for this challenge Ann, & tfl.

This looks fabulous Stacy. I love how you distressed the angel's body and added the "blue bird of happiness" in her hands. I love all the elements of gold you tucked into the angel and that is also in the background paper. The touch of lace and the your sentiment are wonderful finishing touches on this terrific card! ~Karen.

I love this angel. I think I have one in my cricut dies. This would be a great way for me to use up some paper I've been hoarding... Don't worry I can't draw faces either. I usually cheat and use a stamp. LOL Thanks for sharing your art.
