Turning the sketch upside down, I embossed the candles and flames on a piece of cs and sponged the distress colors. Then I splattered with diluted inks of the same distress colors along with diluted white acrylic paint and then sprayed the whole panel with shimmer spritz spray for a great sparkle. The rest is pretty clear

What a fabulous card! I love the beautifully sponged and splattered background (it is so cool), the wonderful white embossed candles with enamel dots and your fabulous sentiment! I am putting this in my favs! ~Karen.
