Love the colours Vicki has selected this week and the option of dessert! I started by using the smack and squirt technique on glossy c/s using Real Red & Tempting Turquoise stamp pads and lots water. Once dry, I lightly stamped the script in the turquoise. I used marker pens on my bird stamp, a bit of huff and puff, and stamped onto glossy c/s. I used a sponge dauber to add a darker shade of turquoise to the bird's body. Added the sentiment and sequins. It is my SIL's birthday at the end of the month so this will be for her.
TFL!

This is just so pretty - reminds me of the early morning songs of the blackbirds here in Spring. They are always up at first light. Haven't heard one so far - but surely spring can't be that far away.

Your bg is beautiful, Sue, with the colors and the texture and movement you created! I like the added text stamp too and of course your bird is lovely!

Outstanding, Sue!! I love the way you created the card, and you hit the ball out of the part on the color challenge! That red and turquoise bird is striking! Beautiful work!!
