Hello,
Well, I found the fold a cinch to make now ask me why I had to make it like 4 times???? Grrr! The first one even my delicate surface masking tape stuck to and tore., 2 & 3, got ink where it didn't belong when changing ink colors for my rainbow with this abstract brush stamp from Hero. #4...yes, got orange ink on the inside flap but instead of starting over yet AGAIN, I stamped a nondescript gauze type stamp over it in orange! You can see in the insert. Geeze! Their neon inks don't dry very fast and so...
I found this wonderful Day sentiment in a Penny Black set that I hadn't used yet!!! Yay me!
I love black over neon so decided on the black butterflies...I don't know, butterflies and rainbows...must be a kid thing! But I love the rainbow as it is the sign of God's promise to us.
Thanks for looking!!

Ha, I often find CAS cards need remakes due to ink where it shouldn't be... I'm glad you found such a great way to camouflage it on round 4 instead of giving up or going yet another round. The black on neon does look great. Thanks for playing along with the TLC today, Robin. And yes, that's why I like rainbows too...there's a great 2nd Chapter of Acts song I always think of.

Your description had me laughing Robin! Think we all have days like that and in spite of the difficulties, your card is so beautiful! Love the cheerful colors on this one! Also got such a kick out of the way you masked the orange ink! Thanks for the chuckles!

Wonderful Robin - you have me giggling away ... I don't know how you get ink spots where they do not belong, don't you know that is the perfect spot for a sequin! giggles

Thank you for sharing your story! It is somehow comforting to us newbies to hear that seasoned stampers have the same problems we do . . . . Perseverence and creative stamping turned this into a vibrant & wonderful card.

You can even do great CAS cards with no need to cheat....I see white space which never happens on my cards. The black butterflies look beautiful on your neon color splashed bg. Such a bright, happy card.

Oh wow mate I am so glad you persisted because every little part of this is fabulous. I love the bright and arty bits combined with the delicate butterfly. The flourish looking sentiment is the icing on the cake mate.
