Christmas Hostess card

This card is for the CHRISTMAS in July challenge - CAS387. Since our family does photo cards for most of our friends, I decided to make a holiday card that I could send as a thank you to the hostess of a party. I took several different washi tape rolls and created stripes for my background. Then I pulled out an old faithful st of SU tag punches to make he cute tag and attached with ribbon. I love ribbon! Thanks for looking!
