 | | The CAS challenge was to use only red, white, and blue.
I embossed the white panel with the confetti EF and popped it up on the real red card base. I fussy cut the three candles, drew a Not Quite Navy wick and then added stickles to the candle. It is hard to see in the photo, but I added clear, sparkly Wink of Stella to the visible stars in the EF pattern. The word "sparkle" just seemed to be the right sentiment. TFL. |
