This card is for the CAS challenge for this week, winged things and starts off by talking about bees, birds and butterflies.
As soon a sI read it this little cutey pie stamp came to mind, I have had it for years but not really used it.
Everywhere we went in Britain we came across bumble bees and spent hours taking dozens and dozens of the same flower or shrub in an attempt to get a photo of a bumble bee, we did succeed but it was an exercise in patients because they are so busy.
This card is a one sheet card.
Using the embossing folder as a template I worked out where to position the stamp image and used my SU stamp-a-ma-jig to do this then I embossed the card making sure the image was in the center frame.
I then colored the little bees using copic markers, once this was done I sponged around the edge of the card highlighting the embossing, first with SU So Saffron then Daffodil Delight.
To finish off I put diamonties coloured with a copic marker onto the end of the bees antenna and mounted the greeting.
I folded some insert paper to fit the inside of the card and stamped along he bottom of this with a little bee and the same greeting alternately which meant I had four bees and three greetings, you can just see one of the bees in the photo.
Thanks for looking Cheers
