So this card is a CAS for the card on page 22 of the 2016-17 Annual Catalog.
There is a lot going on here! Stars embossed on the black panel, stitching, and spatters of Gold Perfect Pearls and Gold Wink of Stella.
The vellum balloons had the solid balloon image stamped with Versamark, then heat embossed with Clear embossing powder that was also sprinkled with gold glitter before it was heat set. Then to add a little more contrast, Gold Wink of Stella was added tot he backs of the vellum balloons. The balloon strings are Gold thread.
This card is also sized to fit cash or a check!
