 | | I wasn't sure what to do with the Free 4 All challenge "It's about Time," but decided to make this belated birthday card. I meant it originally for one niece (but it's still early!) and opted instead to make it for a friend's young step-daughter who recently moved in with her. It fits her age better, and her birthday was just a few days ago. Ta-dah!
I also combined it with an early 2016 color challenge. Finishing them is not specifically one of my stamping goals this year, but why not try?
