This card actually follows two of the April Creative Crew challenge guidelines. I made a Pop Out Swing Shaker card with vellum to make the shaker flat. I used the colors from the It's My Party DSP as inspiration. The striped paper is from the Typeset DSP in the main catalog. To see more about this crd you can go here:
