Playing along with the Global Design Project Color Challenge #025. I immediately fell in love with the colors and wanted to showcase them on the background of a clean and simple (CAS) card. I love the Happy Patterns Decorative Masks as they are fun and create striking cards. Here is a happy Hello card that I created for the challenge.
