Lovely color challenge. It made me immediately think of hydrangeas...so I dug out this stamp set that hasn't seen ink in forever! Didn't like how the bg came out on first attempt, so I fussy cut the flowers and leaves out and they're up on dimensionals. For the bg, I did ink, spray and smash, let it dry and then added the script bg. The different mats are done by coloring the white paper the color I need!
Special thanks to MariLynn for letting me bounce ideas off of her...and she's also made me very hungry!

Lets go get some Mexican food to celebrate the completion of this beauty! I love how it turned out. The fussy cut flowers look amazing on that script background.

We were on the same wave length today, Pam....when it came to the flowers. : ) Love how you did your design with the raised up flower heads after you fussy cut them. The text makes a lovely bg. A beautiful card.

What a beauty indeed!! I love the hydrangeas and how you completed the lovely bg!! Fussy cutting seems to be the name of the game lately!! Great card, and you're right the color palette was perfect for this.

Oh my goodness, I see there were more than one of us that immediately thought of the Hydrangea from the Because I Care set. I love how your card turned out with the multiple flowers, script, and embellishments. It's gorgeous and you did a fantastic job!
