Posy Pleated Skirt Birthday~

For today's TLC, Judy asked us to use the Pleated Skirt Fold technique. Thanks for the push, Judy! It was quite easy, actually. I stamped my image and punched it out and popped it up over some greenery. Added IBBG to the top half of my card in celery & the sentiment in olive. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta
