| | My daughter loves penguins, so I made this card for her birthday today. It's a fairly simple black & white card. I added just a hint of soft color to keep the high impact of contrasting colors.
1. cut an 11 X 5 1/2 strip of black paper, fold
2. cut a 5 1/8 square from designer paper, adhere
3. tear white paper to make snow drifts, trim to 5 1/8 and adhere
4. stamp image on white paper, color, trim into a rectangle leaving extra room above the saying
5. adhere to a slightly larger black rectangle
6. then adhere that to a slightly larger blue rectangle
7. wrap with blue ribbon and tie a knot, adhere to snowy scene |
