I made this thank you for someone special who plays the piano beautifully! It is for several challenges: Sabrina's Tape It up Ways to Use it for which I put the tape on white CS then punched with a banner punch and put on my card. I used Cathy's Sketch for this week. The color combo is for my TSC to use B&W. Also, it is for the USEIT2016 Challenge, because I am not sure I have ever used a stamp out of this set, and it says 2007!!!! Oh my goodness!
