Isn't the little chick cutest. I just love this stamp.
For this challenge we were to use the:
1) DSP Perfectly Artistic or
2) Make a choice of 2 colors. If we chose the color focus we were to make our own background paper in a water color-y, runny-looking dsp.
I decide to do the second.
I created the background for my focal point by filing 2 pans with shaving cream, dropped several drops of Daffodil Delight ink in one and Tempting Turquoise in the other. I pulled the ink through the shaving cream and then "dipped" my Whisper White paper in the shaving cream. I used the backside of a plastic knife to scrape off the shaving cream. I made sure my inks had thoroughly dried before I assembled my card.

What a great card. Your chick adds so much to the overall design. My favorite part of this card is your background with the shaving cream. Love, love, love that. And your colors stayed true to themselves because you used 2 trays. So clever!
Thanks for sharing.
