TodayÂ’s Sketch Challenge looked simple, yet interesting, so I gave it a try. My card is fairly CAS (clean & simple), made easier because itÂ’s made up of scraps, leftovers & die cuts already made.
The white stitched frame, pink doily, pink circle, arrow & hearts were already cut & just hanging around. The doily isnÂ’t actually a full one..just what you see here, so I tucked it partially under the white frame. The narrow black inside the white was another frame just hanging out so everything worked today. Well, except my internet..itÂ’s been going on little coffee breaks all day. So annoying!! The only newly cut items are the big Happy and the little embossed heart bg.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Everything on this card is lovely, from the doily to the embossing to the stitched dies. Excellent in my book!

Oh such a beautiful card, Julie! I know you say it is fairly clean and simple; however, I can see many elements on the card that makes it so beautiful!
