WATERCOLOR WISHES CARD:

For this challenge, I added the stripe background using the Dots & Stripes Decorative Masks, and then used the Hearts & Stars Masks to add the hearts over the top. I used Sponge Daubers in Hello Honey ink for the card base and in Soft Sky for the tag. See more details on my blog
