Good morning everyone. I am enjoying a quiet morning after a lovely, hectic Christmas Day - which my husband and I celebrated with 6 grandchildren and 9 of us adults... We made the breakfast and Turkey dinner for most of them
Here is the card I gave to my daughter, Kristy for Christmas. I stamped the cute image on water colour paper and coloured it with copic markers. I water coloured the back ground with Stampin Up's soft sky ink. Apply crystal effects to the ornaments on the tree, Added white puffy paint for the snow on the tree. Gold metallic marker was used on the tree topper star and the garland. Applied liquid pearls for the falling snow and stickles on the ground for sparkle (bling) Image panel and base panel was matted in black. Sewed around edges. The sentiment was stamped with memento black ink.
This is for the Ways to Used it - WT562 - bring on the bling and for this months Fan Club Challenge - CT1215 - All bundled up. - the raccoons are wearing their warm scarves
WORD1215 = SNUG
S - snow, scarf, stump
N - nature, navy, night
U - up (little raccoon being lifted up to put star on tree)
G - grey, garland, glitter
My daughter loved her card
Belated Merry Christmas - and wished you all a wonderful New Year.
Hugs..Pat

What an adorable image. It reminds me of when my daughter was younger...we always let her put the star on the Christmas tree, and had to lift her up so she could reach. Now she can easily reach the top by herself...how quickly time flies! Hope you enjoyed your holiday with family!
