I love Homer's Breezing Up, but as I was looking at that one I saw another one I really liked. It's called Blue Boat. I have been wanting to sere if I could actually paint a more real watercolor than what I have done on my cards before so I did my version of the Blue Boat. I definitely should have left out the people, but for a first time I guess it will pass.

Pat this is just awesome ,well done on your watercolouring I went with an idea of a dancer at Moulin Rouge as I remember seeing a movie about Letrec painting them

Pat, you did a marvelous painting for this card. I knew it was Winslow Homer the minute I saw it...the blue boat and the red shirt were the clues. He did marvelous watercolors and certainly inspired you to do one too. Keep watercoloring!

Oh my goodness this water color is brilliant. I think it looks great with the people and I am sure the wonderful families at MD Anderson will just love this card. Beautifully done.
