For Diane's challenge to make a wow card that doesn't require extra postage. I love watercolor smooshing so I hope it counts for wow. I went a little bigger than A2, but this is very flat and fits in a social envelope with just one stamp. Side note: Do they still make vellum glue dots? I couldn't find them anywhere!

I've never tried that technique....it looks so pretty, Paula! Your vellum with black lettering is perfect so that you see the whole smooshing effect!

Wow! This is wonderful. I haven't tried this technique before, but your card is inspiring me! It looks great with an uncolored line image. It's so beautiful and yet it can be mailed with no extra postage. Nice! Thanks for supporting my challenge today and HYCCT.

Side note: I haven't heard of velum glue dots. I'd be interested to know if they do still exist. It sounds like an easier way to attach velum. You did a great job with yours.
